Do I own my website?
Yes, completely. The site runs on your own domain, the content is yours and your data is yours. If you ever leave, you keep it.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contracts and no setup fee. Setup and provisioning are included. It's $49/month (or $490/year, two months free), and you can cancel anytime.
What's included for $49/month?
Your website on your own domain with SSL and hosting, full practice management (clients, matters, calendar, documents, time and billing, invoices), a secure client portal, the AI tools and support. One flat price per law firm: one website on your own domain and one practice management installation. No per-user fees.
How long does setup take?
Most firms are live within a few days. You tell us about your firm, pick a theme, we set up your site, practice areas and attorneys on your domain, and you approve the preview before launch.
Is a domain included, and can I use the one I already own?
Your site lives on a domain you own. Bring the domain you already have, or we help you register a new one and connect it. Premium-priced domains are not included. We check availability with the registrar before confirming anything; the site never shows a domain as yours until it is registered.
Can I move from Clio, MyCase or a website agency?
Yes. Moving from Clio, MyCase or a website agency? Tell us what you use today and we help move your site and set up your practice management.
Can my attorneys and staff use the practice management software?
Yes. The practice management software has its own team accounts with roles such as managing attorney, attorney, paralegal and staff. Your whole team: attorneys, paralegals and staff. No per-user pricing and no seat add-ons.
Do I need my own AI key? How does AI usage work?
AI features run on your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key (bring your own key). You control the spend, your key is encrypted and never logged, and your data is never used for training. The AI website assistant answers visitors and captures intake 24/7; document review, drafting and case-law research produce drafts for an attorney to review. Research coverage varies by jurisdiction.
Is my client data secure and private?
Yes. Your data is isolated in your own installation, encrypted at rest and served over SSL on hardened hosting with automatic security updates. AI features use your own API key, so your data is never shared or used for training.
Which countries do you support?
We currently sign up firms in: United States. Case-law research coverage depends on the jurisdiction and the supported sources.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens if I stop paying?
No contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; service continues to the end of the paid period. If you stop paying, your site stays online read-only during a grace period and your data is never deleted. 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
Will my price change later?
Your rate stays the same while you are subscribed. If pricing ever changes, we tell you well in advance.
Can I take my data with me?
Export your firm data anytime, including after cancellation. You own your website, your domain and your data. If you ever leave, you keep them.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
